Sevens Art

Personal work · since 2010
The photography of Shaju — fashion, weddings, kids, nature and the live moment. No brand loyalty, no spec-sheet worship; only how the tool is used in the hand that holds it.
Fifteen years, six bodies of work, several countries. Studio light and available light; the staged frame and the stolen one. The thread running through all of it is restraint — primes over zooms, vision over gear.

About
Between 2010 and 2024 I explored photography with a wide range of gear, each piece a step in a longer journey. I learned early that equipment alone does not define the image — clear vision matters most. The roads less travelled hold the richest lessons, and self-confidence carries you through them.
My passion began with Nikon, but no brand loyalty or specification ever guided the work. Prime lenses became my preference; they let me harness available light and travel light. Zooms, flashes and strobes served only when the moment called for them. By mid-2015 I chose simplicity over excess.
I remain a student of this craft. Each frame is a lesson, each moment an invitation to grow. Keep learning, keep smiling, keep shooting.
